Jacob Dwyer

Jacob Dwyer joined Merit AirFinance in 2026, and is responsible for underwriting aviation credit opportunities. Prior to joining Merit, Jacob was an Associate at Bain Capital Special Situations, where he focused on the firm’s aircraft leasing platforms. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Aero Capital Solutions, where he focused on underwriting aircraft leasing investments. Jacob received his B.S.B.A in Finance from the University of Miami and a M.S. in Finance from the University of Texas – Austin.
